You may browse general parts of our website without identifying yourself. However, we need certain contact and student information to respond to an enquiry, assess program suitability, arrange a consultation or provide our services.
If you do not provide the requested information, we may not be able to contact you, assess the application or provide an appropriate coaching service.

9. Meta Pixel and Meta advertising
We use, or may use, the Meta Pixel and other Meta Business Tools in connection with advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
These tools may allow information to be collected from our website and shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and its related companies.
Depending on how the tools are configured, information provided to Meta may include:

You can manage how Meta uses information for advertising through your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences and Accounts Centre settings. Changing those settings may reduce personalised advertising, but it will not necessarily prevent you from seeing advertisements.

Our website is built and hosted using Wix.

• enquiry and application information that does not result in enrolment may generally be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact;

• active student and parent information is retained while services are being provided;

• client, payment, contractual and administrative records may generally be retained for up to seven years after services end where reasonably required for legal, financial or dispute-related purposes;

• learning notes and progress information may be deleted or de-identified earlier where they are no longer needed; and

• analytics and advertising information is retained according to our settings and the retention practices of the relevant technology provider.

We may retain information for longer where required or authorised by law, where a dispute or investigation is ongoing, or where it is reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it securely or de-identify it. Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through ordinary system processes.
